Samsung Galaxy A01 - Set Lock Screen Notifications

Here's how to manage how notifications appear on your Galaxy A01 when the screen is locked.
Lock screen notifications for apps (e.g., text messages, Snapchat® , etc.) can be customized to be shown or hidden when your screen is locked.
If a Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync® account is set up on the device, notifications are off by default.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Lock screen
    .
  3. Tap
    Notifications
    .
  4. Tap the
    Notifications switch
     (upper-right) to turn on Switch on icon or off Switch off icon.
    This setting is only available if a screen lock is enabled.
    When on, configure any of the following:
    • Icons only
    • Details
      Selecting Details will show additional options.
    • Notifications to show
      • Alert and silent notifications
      • Alert notifications only
    • Auto-reverse text color
    • Hide content
