Here's how to boot your V60 ThinQ 5G UW into Safe Mode to help determine if an app is causing it to freeze, reset or run slow.
Safe Mode puts your LG V60 ThinQ™ 5G UW in a diagnostic state (returned to default settings) so you can determine if a third-party app is causing your device to freeze, reset or run slow.
An alternate method is available if the device can be powered on and is responsive.
  1. Ensure the device is powered off.
  2. Press and hold the
    Volume Down button
     and the
    Power button
     until the System recovery screen displays then release both buttons.

    Utilize the Volume buttons to highlight the option and the Power button to select.
  4. Wait for the device to start up with 'Safe mode' displayed in the lower-left of the Home screen.
    This may take up to 1 minute to complete.
  5. With Safe Mode enabled, ensure Airplane Mode is turned off then test device and app functionality.
