Sonim XP8 - Manage Screen Lock Settings

Here's how to adjust the screen lock settings for your Sonim XP8.
Screen Lock must be set up on your Sonim XP8® for settings to appear.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Security
    .
  3. Tap the
    Settings icon
     Gear icon.
  4. Tap any of the following:
    Depending upon the screen lock type, the options presented may vary.
    • Make pattern visible
      Tap to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
    • Lock after screen timeout
      • Immediately
      • 5 seconds
      • 15 seconds
      • 30 seconds
      • 1 minute
      • 2 minutes
      • 5 minutes
      • 10 minutes
      • 30 minutes
      • 50 minutes
    • Power button instantly locks
      Tap to turn on or off.
