Sonim XP8 - Set Lock Screen Notifications

Here's how to manage how notifications appear on your Sonim XP8 when the screen is locked.
Lock screen notifications for apps (e.g., text messages, Snapchat® , etc.) can be customized to be shown or hidden when your Sonim XP8® screen is locked.
If a Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync® account is set up on the device, notifications are off by default.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings
     Settings icon >
    Apps & notifications
     >
    Notifications
    .
  3. Tap
    Notifications on lockscreen
    .
  4. Select one of the following:
    • Show alerting and silent notifications
    • Show alerting notifications only
    • Don't show notifications
