Here's how to turn cellular data for FaceTime on your iPad on or off.
  1. From a Home screen on your Apple® iPad®, navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Cellular Data
    .
  2. From the 'CELLULAR DATA' section, tap the
    Facetime switch
     to turn on Switch On or off Switch Off.
    While enabled, FaceTime® calls can be made or received using cellular data.
